HP 45si Print Cartridges redefine the rules of TIJ
Posted by on Jun 03, 2019
For years the knock on HP thermal inkjet was its inability to print on non-porous substrates for industrial applications like Mail Addressing and Package Coding.
In 2014, however, HP introduced an enhanced version of its 45a print cartridge known as 45si. The “si” is an abbreviation for Solvent Ink. The new print cartridge is capable of jetting more aggressive inks that are required for setting-up (or drying) on non-porous materials.
Ink Pronto is happy to announce 6 different products for sale that get jetted from the HP 45si print cartridge:
- HP 2580 Black Solvent Print Cartridge (B3F58A)
- General Ink Solvent-based Black Print Cartridge (IQ990)
- Collins Sirius Black Solvent Print Cartridge (TSK250003)
- Collins Solv-Jet RED Print Cartridge (TSR253004)
- Collins Solv-Jet GREEN Print Cartridge (TSG253104)
- Collins Solv-Jet BLUE Print Cartridge (TSB253204)
