IQ990 uses water-resistant dyes but it is not recommended for printed materials that get immersed in water. This product also contains alcohol-based solvents. Therefore, on occasions you may have to wipe the print head with a dry, non-abrasive cloth. When removing IQ990 from the printer simply attach a plastic clip to reduce the chance of clogging.
